Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for an accounts clerk to assist in the day-to-day challenges of the Finance department. The successful candidate should have great communications skills and pay close attention to details, along with a proven record of accomplishment in Finance and Accounting studies. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare daily cash flow
- Prepare cash and card in transit reconciliation
- Prepare point of sale settlement report
- Maintain records of cash collections from counters
- Attend service desk operation queries
- Assist in the debtor’s management
- Assist in monthly and end of year reporting as well as posting of journal entries
- Perform payroll reconciliation
- Standard Accrual / Prepayments transaction
- Maintain interest accruals schedules and monitor loan repayments
- Assist in procurement process
- Assist in variance analysis
- Assist in Internal & External Audit
Your profile:
- BSC Finance / Accounting or undergoing ACCA level 2
- Candidate with no experience may also apply
- Good Mathematics & Accounting results at HSC level
- Up to date with IFRS
- Good knowledge of office tools
