Accounts Clerk

Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for an accounts clerk to assist in the day-to-day challenges of the Finance department. The successful candidate should have great communications skills and pay close attention to details, along with a proven record of accomplishment in Finance and Accounting studies. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Prepare daily cash flow
  • Prepare cash and card in transit reconciliation
  • Prepare point of sale settlement report
  • Maintain records of cash collections from counters
  • Attend service desk operation queries
  • Assist in the debtor’s management
  • Assist in monthly and end of year reporting as well as posting of journal entries
  • Perform payroll reconciliation
  • Standard Accrual / Prepayments transaction
  • Maintain interest accruals schedules and monitor loan repayments
  • Assist in procurement process
  • Assist in variance analysis
  • Assist in Internal & External Audit

 

Your profile:

  • BSC Finance / Accounting or undergoing ACCA level 2
  • Candidate with no experience may also apply
  • Good Mathematics & Accounting results at HSC level
  • Up to date with IFRS
  • Good knowledge of office tools
