Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for a fresh graduate Analytics trainee to strengthen its team. As a trainee, you will be responsible for helping out our team by performing critical data analysis & providing analytics reporting and trends.

Your role:

• Support Analytics Analyst and Head of Analytics with day-to-day analysis requests on identifying existing and emerging trends for risk strategy advancements
• Extract data from multiple sources, cleanse and analyse the data from multiple angles to identify trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Using risk information, answer questions, offer insights, and address risk management challenges
• Manage relationships with stakeholders based on an understanding of their needs.

Your profile:

• BSc in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Finance/ Statistics/ Data Science or similar fields.
• SQL knowledge and high proficiency in Excel
• Experience in PowerBI or similar Business Intelligence tools is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across the organization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
