Payroll Specialist

Overview

Rogers Capital Payroll Services Limited is looking for a Payroll Specialist to process payroll accurately and punctually for new clients.

Your role:

  • Assists Payroll Analyst for clients’ onboarding and processes payroll accurately and punctually for clients, requiring advanced payroll experience and expertise.
  • Addresses payroll discrepancies and resolves issues.
  • Stays up-to-date on payroll regulations and liaise with Head of Legal to revise SLAs and Employer Guide.
  • Liaises with IT consultants, statutory offices, and third parties.
  • Formulates system requests and recommendations.
  • Provides assistance to clients with payroll regulations and compliance requirements inquiries.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements within the payroll services division.
  • Conducts training on payroll regulations.
  • Plans training on compliance issues.
  • Continuously reviews procedures and innovates for productivity.
  • Generates reports and provides insights to management. (KPIs, Surveys, RBO, Director Emoluments)

Your profile:

  • 5 years or more years of experience in Payroll Services
  • A strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulation in payroll related matters
  • Ability to analyse complex regulations, policies and procedures to ensure adherence
  • Attention to details and ensure accuracy of payroll computations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying compliance requirements across the Payroll Team and Payroll Clients
  • Ability to identify compliance issues and develop solutions to address them effectively
  • Upholding ethical standards to maintain trust and credibility
  • Comfortable in using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power Point
