People Operations Officer

Rogers Capital is searching for People Operations Officer to join its Human Resouces team.

 

The responsibilities of the People Operations Officer are: 

Employee Lifecycle Management                                                              

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, facilitating conflict resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees at all stages of their journey with the company

HR Operations and Administration                                                                                   

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management
  • Ensure staff profiles & benefits are up to date on HRIS
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

HR Policy, Compliance, and Audit                                                                                     

  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate HR-related audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and evidence are provided
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records to ensure adherence to legal requirements and company standards

Training & development                                                                              

  • Manage & follow up on HRDC applications
  • Assist Head of People Development & Experience Manger in training deployment of training and MQA registrations

Cost Management                                                                           

  • Prepare staff yearly staff cost and manage actual cost on a monthly basis
  • Manage the monthly shared cost

Report & HR KPIs                                                                             

  • Prepare monthly HR KPIs report to Head of Human Resources
  • Provide any ad hoc reports
