Project Implementation Lead
JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
• Act as Project Manager for the implementation, execution, control and completion of assisgned projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy of the organization.
• Provide support to the Line Manager in day-to-day operations and assignments for the department.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and Management Dashboard for the RCCS group of companies
• Recommend actions by assessing processes, analyzing and interpreting data and monitoring variances, identifying trends, and assessing proposed changes in methods and materials
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Maintain relations with internal and external auditors, and investigate their findings and recommendations
• Ensure that all projects assigned by the Line Manager of the department are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, operating instructions and reports
• Document and follow up on action plans and decisions from meetings
• Analyse and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Deal with stakeholders including internal and external clients, co-workers, suppliers and service providers. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
• Improve processes/system and/or implement processes to improve efficiency, ensure compliances with law and regulations and ISAE 3402 and ensure annual maintenance of all ISAE 3402 processes
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected and adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Ensure data and knowledge transfer from project team to key users during transitional process
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Finance
• Proven working experience in the development of Projects
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Digital tools
• Be result-oriented, possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and drive performance within the team
• Capacity to meet different deadlines and work under pressure
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
