Summary of the Role

To handle a portfolio of client companies under the supervision of senior staff.

Main Responsibilities

• To handle a portfolio of client companies under the supervision of senior staff.
• Prepare capital calls / drawdown and distribution workings.
• Ensure that drawdown trackers are properly maintained and share registers are up to date.
• Prepare complex NAV calculation, capital accounts and shareholder reporting.
• Prepare workpaper files with TB, GL, SOCI and SOFP extracted from accounting software.
• Prepare annual financial statements, management accounts and other ad-hoc financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
• Handle queries from fund managers, clients, auditors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all transactions pertaining to the management of the clients’ affairs are executed timely and efficiently.
• Attend to client queries in a timely manner with a high service standard ensuring ownership through to completion.
• Ensure proper maintenance and complete file for each client – physical as well as on the DMS.
• Ensure compliance with internal systems, procedures and processes.

• Assist in billing process.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holder of a degree in a relevant field or partly ACCA qualified
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Ms. Office and Ms. Excel conversant
• Self-disciplined, well-organized and attentive to details
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Customer-focused
