Summary of the Role
The Head of Business Structuring is responsible for leading the development and implementation of tailored corporate, trust, and fund structures to support clients’ needs in international markets. This role involves providing strategic guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimising structuring solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate governance, taxation, legal frameworks, and financial structuring, with strong leadership and business development skills.
The role will require travel.

Main Responsibilities
- Business Structuring & Advisory
- Design and implement efficient corporate, trust, and fund structures for clients, ensuring tax efficiency, asset protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide structuring advice to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, institutional clients, and multinational corporations.
- Keep up to date with global regulatory and tax developments affecting international structures.
- Work closely with legal, tax, and business development team to ensure optimal solutions for clients.
- Leadership & Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, operations and business development managers, to ensure smooth implementation of structures.
- Develop training programs to enhance technical expertise within the firm.
- Business Development & Client Relations
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their structuring needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, tax advisors, private banks, and other intermediaries.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, industry events, and thought leadership to enhance the firm’s reputation in the market.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification (STEP, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in the global business sector.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of international tax planning, fund structuring, corporate governance, trusts, and foundations.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead teams, develop business strategies, and manage high-profile client relationships.
- Business Acumen: Strong networking, negotiation, and business development skills.
