Summary of the Role
The HR Trainee will assist the HR team with daily administrative and coordination tasks while gaining exposure to different areas of Human Resources.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Help maintain HR records and trackers.
- Assist in training and learning coordination.
- Support employee exit documentation and processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised with good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
