Accounts Clerk

Rogers Capital is looking for a dynamic Accounts Clerk to provide support to the accounting department in various administrative tasks. This position involves meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic financial principles.



  • Process new application of Direct Debit and send to banks;
  • Set up Direct Debit;
  • Process cancellation requests logged on JIRA and/or from Banks on a daily basis;
  • Prepare reports and send Direct Debit Dashboard on a weekly basis;
  • Generate and reconcile end of month Direct Debit claim files;
  • Create and maintan relationship with suppliers and negotiate the best deal of pricing;
  • Create vendor and purchase orders;
  • Prepare purchase order and place orders;
  • Maintain records of purchases and pricing;
  • Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services by applying best practices.

Your profile:

  • Accounting at HSC Level/currently undergoing ACCA or any accounting certification;
  • At least 1 year experience in an Accounting role;
  • Experience in Credit, Accounts payable, and/or Accounts receivables would be an advantage;
  • Analytical capabilities and attention to details;
  • Result oriented, orderly and team player.
