Business Development Executive – (Network and Telephony)

Rogers Capital Technology is hiring a Business Development Executive to work in its Cloud and Data Center Services Department.

The selected candidate will report to the Manager – Network & Unified Communications.

Skill(s) required

  • At least + 4 years’ experience in similar field.
  • A degree in Sales and Marketing with proven working experience in selling IT products such as Telephony and Networking Or a degree in Computer Science, Network & Security or any other related IT field with proven working experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in both English and French.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
Duties
  • Onboard new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing initiatives.
  • Manage lead generation process, commercial proposal writing, deal closing and after-sales account management.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets as set by Management.
  • Identify and develop business development initiatives in collaboration with the Network and Communications team to promote creative value-added services.
  • Build and sustain positive and profitable relationships with strategic corporate partners.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Adhere to leading industry business frameworks for delivering quality services.,
  • Obtain and maintain required certifications.
