Customer Experience Officer

Rogers Capital is hiring a Customer Experience Officer. The selected candidate will ensure the coordination between merchants, clients and Rogers Capital through proper communication to ensure excellent service and effectively delivering on all KPI and SLA set by management.

Your role:

• Answer to customer’ s queries through incoming calls and mail
• On boarding of application on available platform.
• Manage all incoming calls efficiently
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and explain the best solution to solve the problem, follow up until resolution
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools provided by the company
• Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and peers
• Act as the company’s first point of contact
• Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions

Your profile:

• HSC Level or equivalent
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude
•  Work experience in a client facing environment is mandatory
• Can communicate easily (Verbal & Written) in French and English
• Computer literate (well versed with Microsoft Tools)
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to multitask and be flexible
