Financial Operations Assistant

Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking for a Financial Operations Assistant to assist in the day-to-day challenges of the Finance department.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience.
  • Education: Min HSC qualification, with a mandatory requirement of being currently enrolled in further studies

Duties

Fixed Assets

  • Handle the creation and disposal of fixed assets in accordance with company policies.
  • Reconcile procured fixed assets against the approved budget.
  • Conduct fixed asset counts to ensure proper tracking and accountability.
  • Prepare and label fixed asset tags for identification and record-keeping.

Costing & Financial Reporting

  • Prepare costing documents and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Review and maintain the work-in-progress (WIP) file to track project expenditures.
  • Preparation and maintain of fixed asset schedule

Insurance

  • Coordinate and manage the renewal of insurance policies.
  • Support the insurance team with motor vehicle evaluations.
  • Preparation monthly import of goods report and submit to insurance

Procurement & Invoicing

  • Process and issue purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items.
  • Record and verify supplier invoices for accurate financial processing.
  • Issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of CAPEX approval requests.
  • Process sales orders
