Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking an IT Technician for its Enterprise Infrastructure Services department.

He/she will be responsible to provide support and install PCs, Notebooks and Peripherals.

Duties:

Carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled.
Carry out indoor and outdoor intervention on installed equipment.
Attend to all Service Orders assigned for and update CRM in order to enable invoicing and preparation of quote.
Hand in completed Service Order or Preventive Maintenance sheet to Customer Care.
Successfully complete all technical training enrolled and get certified where applicable.
Any other cognate duties in line with your capabilities.
