Legal & Compliance Analyst
Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for a Legal & Compliance Analyst to support the Legal, Compliance & AML Department in ensuring that the Company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards, while simultaneously contributing to the development, implementation, and enhancement of strategic compliance and business innovation projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and governance requirements
- Support AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud prevention and data protection compliance initiatives
- Assist during FSC inspections, regulatory reviews and independent audits
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of regulatory, audit and compliance recommendations
- Participate in ongoing compliance and regulatory transformation projects
- Contribute to the development of innovative and compliant business solutions, products and processes
- Assist in reviewing and drafting policies, procedures, agreements, terms & conditions and internal documents
- Provide practical legal and compliance guidance to operational and business teams
- Support the implementation of digital onboarding, automation and compliance monitoring solutions
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews, control testing and risk assessments
- Prepare compliance reports, trackers, management information and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to promote Compliance as a business enabler supporting operational efficiency and business growth
- Assist in identifying compliance gaps, operational risks and process improvement opportunities
- Support training and awareness initiatives relating to compliance, AML/CFT, data protection and governance
Profile
- Degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance or related field
- Experience in Legal, Compliance, Banking, Financial Services, Leasing or Credit Finance would constitute an advantage
- Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset
