Rogers Capital Credit Ltd is looking for a Legal customer portfolio assistant to assist in the day-to day challenges of the recovery department and to work in close collaboration with the Compliance department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather critical information and documentations to prepare plaints
Prepare the statement of facts as per requirement
File small claims,
Follow up of small claim cases and attend court as and when required
Assist in the follow up of cases with Attorney
Any other cognate duties.

Skills & Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Law/Management
Knowledge of applicable industry legislations
Experience in similar role would be an advantage
Strong sense of ethics
