Main Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
• Management of VMware and Hyper-V platforms.
• Administration of Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.
• Monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Performing server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Managing Active Directory and related infrastructure services.
• Supporting backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure-related incidents and providing third-level support.
• Maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration .
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
• Proven experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup monitoring, recovery operations, and disaster recovery testing.
• Experience in maintaining physical and virtual server infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewall technologies.
• Linux administration experience would be considered an advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft, VMware, Hyper-V, or Veeam certifications would be beneficial.
