Team Leader- Cybersecurity
Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking for a Team Leader – Cybersecurity to work in its Cybersecurity Advisory Services Department.
The Team Leader- Cybersecurity will be the central point for the ongoing management and support of services through our service desk. This is a hands-on and strategic role where the ideal candidate will blend technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure security solutions implementation and monitoring.

Skills required
- At least 3 years proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise security solutions including firewalls, endpoint security, email security and so on.
- Practical knowledge of interpreting security event logs.
- Proficiency with network monitoring, analysis, and forensics tools.
- Certification from leading vendors including Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and so on will be a plus.
- Other relevant certifications in cybersecurity will also be a plus
- Proactive, organised, and meticulous with a strong eye for detail.
- A collaborative team player who can influence and engage colleagues at all levels.
- Pragmatic and risk-based in your approach to security.
- Passionate about driving positive change and raising security standards.
Duties
- Team coordination: Serve as the primary technical lead for the setup and monitoring of security solutions by adhering to industry best practices including secure architecture design, zero-trust implementation, cloud network security and so on.
- Mentoring & Coaching: Lead and coordinate the activities of the security analyst team, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Hands-On Implementation: Engage in hands-on service delivery to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot business-critical security solutions including endpoint security, Network Detection and Response, Email Security, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, Privilege Access Management and so on.
- Monitoring: Actively engage in monitoring of security events generated by business-critical security solutions and advise infrastructure teams on response actions when and where required.
